Terms and Conditions of Entry Tickets

1. We do not allow reimbursements of pre-purchased tickets. Failure to attend the III International Congress Fine Wine 2010 or any error made by the user when making the purchase will not be a valid reason for a reimbursement.
2. Any illegal resale (or attempted illegal resale) of an entry ticket will result in its confiscation or cancellation without refund or any other compensation.
3. An entry may not be used for advertising, promotions, contests or sweepstakes, unless the company sponsoring the event grants formal approval in writing. The use of trademarks or other Intellectual Property rights of the Consejo Regulador de la Denominación de Origen Ribera del Duero will also be subject to the express consent thereof.
4. It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to obtain information related to the III International Congress Fine Wine 2010. If any of the scheduled events of the III International Congress of Ribera del Duero are cancelled or rescheduled, the organization shall update this website as soon as it is aware of any changes and will try by all means available to notify those affected.
5. The Consejo Regulador de la Denominación de Origen Ribera del Duero is not liable for any lost or stolen tickets.
6. The III International Congress of Fine Wine retains the right to alter or modify the programme due to exceptional events or circumstances, without being obliged to reimburse any money or refund tickets.
7. The unauthorized use of photographic or recording equipment is prohibited. Any such tapes or films obtained may be destroyed.
8. The III International Congress Fine Wine 2010 organisation will not be held responsible for the theft, destruction or loss of any personal belongings.
9. The ticket holder is only entitled to entry which corresponds to the indicated value on the ticket. Similarly the ticket holder can only participate in planned activities in the III International Congress Fine Wine 2010 which correspond to the entry category of the ticket.
10. The ticket holder consents to video and sound recording as an attendee of the III International Congress Fine Wine 2010.
11. The organization of the III International Congress Fine Wine 2010 will not have any liability beyond the nominal value of tickets purchased.
12. All terms and conditions are governed by Spanish law and any dispute arising out of any transaction with the Consejo Regulador de la Denominación de Origen Ribera del Duero will be subject solely to the jurisdiction of Spanish courts.
13. Should any of the aforementioned clauses be invalid or otherwise contrary to law, the other clauses will still remain valid in their entirety.
