Drink Ribera Miami Workshop The Miami Culinary Institute, Miami, Florida March 26, 2012 The Drink Ribera Miami Workshop featured both wineries seeking importers, as well as wines that are available in the Florida market. A selection of wine with importers were presented in a blind tasting to 30 professional sommeliers in the Miami Culinary Institute’s expo laboratory space. Following the blind tasting was a walk-around tasting for wineries seeking importers by sommeliers, importers and distributors.
