Our wines are made with 100% Tempranillo grapes using hand harvesting and a maximum maceration period of 14 days. We ferment the grapes in vats at a temperature of 82° F. We recommend serving our wines between 57 and 60° F, and suggest pairing them with meats and fish, pastas, cheeses, etc. The color of our Tempranillo is cherry-red, with a clear violet edge typical of the region’s wines. The nose is intense and fruity, pure and bright, with notes of very ripe red fruits, leaving a sweet and warm sensation. In the mouth, you’ll find medium structure, fat and sweet tannins, and tons of fruit.
