Our philosophy is clear: create a limited production with unlimited care. Caring, for the sake of caring. From the very beginning, the tending of the vines has been completely organic, the idea being that the quality of the soil and the individuality of each plant is reflected in the wine. In this way, the quality of the grapes is not reduced at any stage. The whole process is natural, and the theory put into practice is a complete rejection of the use of any type of mineral fertilizers, herbicides, insecticides, pesticides, as well as any inorganic chemical products. The vineyards are worked in the traditional way, and the moon and its cycles are vital to the process. The biodynamic calendar is followed for working the vines to get the best out of the plant, and to avoid possible diseases. The influences of the moon stimulate certain qualities in the vine and the soil in which it is planted, producing high quality fruit. The pampering and care of each vine, the traditional methods, and the latest technological advances combine to make this winery stand out in the world of wine.
