Convinced of the excellent potential of the vineyards owned by their father, Mauro Pérez, the Pérez Pascuas brothers founded their namesake bodega in 1980 striving to produce top quality wines. Today, Bodegas Hermanos Pérez Pascuas is a well-established undertaking where two generations work hand in hand to achieve worldwide recognition. The winery vinifies its own grapes from 335 acres of vineyards. A great number of vines are over 25 years old and grow on exceptional soils. The main variety is Tinto Fino with a small percentage of Cabernet Sauvignon. The vineyards are located in Pedrosa de Duero, a town with a winemaking tradition that spans over a hundred years. The winery makes 6 different wines: Vina Pedrosa (12 months oak, Crianza, Finca La Navilla, Reserva, Gran Reserva) and Pérez Pascuas - Gran Selección, the top-quality wine of the house which comes from vines that are over 60 years old. All these wines are exemplary, with outstanding, elegantly expressive personality and a structure built to age.

The wine is coming from a plot called “La Navilla”. It is an exceptional parcel, where the authentic clone of Tinto Fino grafted from the old vineyards of the Pérez Pascuas brothers, reaches its maximum extent and singularity. A privileged altitude of 844 metres over sea level, leads to a very special microclimate. It is a very fresh wine.
