In 1998 a group of businessmen and viticulturists, all associated with the Ribera del Duero, founded Bodegas Imperiales. Since our inception, we only produce high quality wines, which reflect the qualities of our soil, and the native variety of our region, the Tinta Fino grape. Working with our own vineyards allows us to control the production process, foregoing the highest yields in order to obtain the best quality grapes. In 2001, we began to market our wines under the brand Abadia de San Quirce. We produce about 300,000 bottles that include a range of wines with different aging: Crianza, Reserva, and Gran Reserva. We are currently present in Spain and select export markets.
