Bodegas Ismael Arroyo is a family winery, whose wine cellar is considered a wine cathedral. The subterranean cellar from the 16th Century is evidence of the family’s dedication to winemaking. Ismael Arroyo fought, along with a small group of people, to create the Ribera del Duero Designation of Origin, established in 1982. The wines are aged in American oak barrels and then in bottle until they’re released, in order to bring them to the market in the best possible condition. These wines boast great structure, a broad bouquet, and a texture achieved by few wines after so many years.

Dark cherry red colour. In the nose is very aromatic and elegant, with tones of ripe fruit, minerals, truffle and coffee. In the mount it is very well structured, with good body, really expressive and elegant.
