Bodegas Muntra was originally established to satisfy the demand of friends, relatives and acquaintances of the families of the owners, in order to bring to light the good wines that for generations had been produced in their craft wine cellars. Our wines are made of 100% Tempranillo grapes grown within the Ribera del Duero region. With a unique identity and character, they are the result of the rigorous year-round care of the vineyards, strict grape selection and a careful, traditional winemaking process. All our wines undergo an aging process in French oak barrels, defined by the wine’s innate characteristics and type of wine being made, and all are bottled using the same hygiene and vacuum technology and with high-quality natural cork.
