Bodegas Pagos de Mogar S.L.

Bodegas Pagos de Mogar is a family-owned winery located in the Ribera del Duero region, with a total production of 75,000 bottles per year. Due to our small size, our wines – the Mogar Roble and Mogar Vendimia Seleccionada – are produced as meticulously as only the big wineries can do with their top wines. Our wines are all single-varietal bottlings (100% Tinta del Pais, the local version of Tempranillo). We harvest using 33-pound plastic crates, with all the grapes carefully examined on a sorting table. During alcoholic fermentation, pumping over and punching down are performed daily by hand, and maceration takes place over long periods of time. Our winery is young, but our wines have already received many international awards, as can be seen on our website.
