Tasting Notes
Full-bodied, velvety red wine with an attractive, bright cherry color. Soft fruity aromas, with hints of spice and oak making up a complex bouquet in the nose. Round with good backbone and a lingering finish. To be drunk now or laid down for a few years. Ideal service temperature: 14�C to 15�C. Accompanies wild game and strong flavored meats. Should be opened half an hour before serving.
